What is
being
tested in
this pilot?

This pilot explores how improved access to reliable climate information can support both communication and decision-making. It focuses on key themes such as climate awareness and adaptation, with particular attention to regional challenges like drought and wildfires. It also examines two core questions:

  • Where can reliable and validated information on climate change and adaptation be accessed?

  • How effective is this knowledge in stimulating interest and encouraging audience engagement?

How this
pilot is
going to
work

LAUNCH AND DISCUSSION

The pilot begins with a cinema screening followed by a public debate on local climate challenges. Journalists, NGOs, and regional stakeholders come together to exchange perspectives and identify key issues.

TRAINING AND EXPLORATION

Participants take part in hands-on training sessions using NEUROCLIMA tools. These sessions will help them access reliable information and better understand existing climate challenges.

CO-CREATION AND OUTCOMES

Participants will engage in discussions and collaborative activities. Journalists will develop content to engage their audiences, while policymakers will create and present proposals for climate adaptation, which will be shared for discussion and feedback.

Surveys
and data
collection

To assess the impact of the pilot, participants will complete a short survey before and after the main activities. This will help measure changes in climate awareness, engagement, and use of NEUROCLIMA tools.

All data collected will be fully anonymised and processed in line with GDPR requirements. Only limited background information will be requested (such as age range, professional role, and general location) to better understand the results.
