Pilot Phases

Citizens

5 Community-based Climate Learning Festivals

  • The aim is to run a series of climate-related creative activities with the support of expert facilitators that highlight how small changes can lead to big improvements e.g. energy conservation companies, upcycling, garden centres, food conservation/local produce.
  • We aim to showcase Neuroclima non-technical tools through creative expression, photovoice, cinematography, drama and poetry workshops. We have also secured a range of keynote speakers and facilitators i.e. sustainable artists, singers, songwriters and actors to work alongside the FIP to promote engagement and interactivity.
  • Photovoice sessions where local ideas and issues are shared through the use of photographs promoting discussion and reflection with all community members
  • Facilitated and guided access to the Neuroclima Hub showcasing the functionality of the digital tools through presentation and activities aimed at achieving the project KPIs.

Youth workers

  • The aim of this pilot is to link the Neuroclima project with the National Youth Strategy in Ireland showcasing how the various tools of Neuroclima can help youth workers in delivering this strategy among youth groups and young people
  • Showcase how the Neuroclima tools can aid youth workers in driving civic engagement, empower youth groups to get involved in nature-based solidarity projects and give youth groups knowledge, confidence and motivation to take action in sustainable development goals.
  • The focus of our workshops with youth workers is on exploring how social tipping points and leverage points can be used to motivate and promote youth engagement
  • Similar to the approach adopted with Educators, we will also showcase how the Neuroclima tools can help youth workers achieve their service goals.

The survey will be made available in alternative formats for individuals unable to complete it online, such as paper copies.
