Novelcore is an SME that was founded in 2019, specialised in developing and designing advanced information systems with an emphasis on research and development activities. Novelcore develops AI driven solutions with a strong expertise in knowledge discovery mechanisms, semantic data analysis, knowledge graphs, natural language processing, and decision support systems. Its main focus is on enhancing decision-making processes, improving data management, and delivering interpretable solutions that foster trust and transparency.
In NEUROCLIMA, Novelcore leads the technical development of the AI-boosted nervous system, which is central to the project’s climate adaptation goals. They are responsible for designing and implementing the policy observatory, which monitors and analyses climate-related policies, mainly the EU Adaptation Strategy and the Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change.
